EASIAM2018 is soliciting submissions for contributed talks. Below is the submission form. Application Deadline: April 13, 2018. April 30, 2018. (EXTENDED) Submission closed.

NOTES:

• In order to submit a contribution, you first need to register yourself at the registration page. The “participant ID” required in the following form is provided when the registration is complete.
• All the contributed talk is of 25 min. duration (including discussion).
• You will get a confirmation e-mail after successful submission. If you cannot get the e-mail within 24 hours, please send an e-mail to the local organizing committee at easiam2018(atmark)sr3.t.u-tokyo.ac.jp.
• All the submissions are basically included in the EASIAM 2018 program; the local organizing committee will contact you only when the proposal is extremely outside the scope of the conference. Since we request that you finish the registration first, if you have some concern on your proposal, you can contact the local organizing committee first to make sure that your proposal will not be rejected.
