- June 22 (Fri): From late afternoon, we plan pre-registration on site (registering your arrival and handing conference materials) and welcoming reception (with some drinks and food).
- June 23 (Sat): Academic part starts: day 1.
- June 24 (Sun): Academic part day 2, and banquet
- June 25 (Mon): Academic part day 3 for the morning.
Thus we recommend you plan to arrive at Tokyo on June 22 and leave on 25.
