Registration and Payments
Payments can be done either by (1) credit cards (VISA/MasterCard/JCB/AmericanExpress/Diners), or (2) Wire Transfer (T/T).
We recommend the payment by credit cards, since in this case the local committee covers the transaction fee, and also there is no cancellation fee until the specified deadline.

- Title/salutation (Prof./Dr./Mr./Ms.),
- Address (of your affiliation/institution),
- E-mail address,

- Dietary requests and other comments, if any.

Registration and payments by wire transfer
If you prefer the payment by wire transfers, please contact easiam2018-wt(at_mark)sr3.t.u-tokyo.ac.jp for further instructions.
The transaction fee should be paid by participants.
Payments can be done in US dollars from outside Japan, and in YEN from inside Japan.
In case of the payment by credit cards, we accept cancellation free of charge if it is made by May 25, 2018.
Please contact the local organizing committee at easiam2018(at_mark)sr3.t.u-tokyo.ac.jp for the cancellation.
After this deadline, the paid fee is non-refundable.
Fees paid by wire transfers is non-refundable; we appreciate your kind understanding.
